BOX SCORESWARTHMORE, Pa. – The 27th-ranked Swarthmore College men's tennis team (8-4, CC 4-0) maintained its perfect Centennial Conference record with a 6-3 victory over Franklin and Marshall on Saturday, April 11.
In doubles competition, the Garnet took two of three matches. At No. 1, freshmen
Mark Fallati and Ari Cepelowicz defeated Doug Kaplan and Jack Rothman by a score of 8-5. Sophomore

Josh Powell easily took No. 3 with an 8-1 decision over Will Samuels and Evan Drapeau.
In singles action, No. 1 Larkin earned his second win of the day, beating Kaplan in straight sets, 6-3, 6-3. Cepelewicz also became a double winner at No. 3, as he handled Rothman 6-1, 6-2.
Powell earned another point when he held on in three sets at No. 5 to win 2-6, 6-2, 6-3. Rounding out the lineup at No. 6, freshman
Michael Song crushed his opponent 6-0, 6-1.
The Swarthmore men will resume play and travel to McDaniel College tomorrow for a 4 p.m. match.
