Anthony Collard at No. 1 singles, the Swarthmore College men's tennis team fell to 26th-ranked Skidmore by an 8-1 decision on Wednesday, March 12 in a neutral site match at Pepperdine University.
Collard defeated senior Jimmy Sherpa by set scores of 6-2, 5-7, 10-6 to highlight the afternoon for the Garnet. Freshman

Skidmore dominated in doubles action and picked up all three points. Seniors Danny Knight and Oliver Loutsenko defeated junior
Harrison Lands and Kaye in the top spot, 8-3, while sophomore Nick Tong and Sherpa won by an 8-4 decision over freshman
Thomas Vernier and Collard at No. 2 doubles. Junior Miles Ransom and Steerman won at the third doubles position, defeating senior
Dan Park and Carcione 8-2.
Swarthmore (2-1) will compete at the Stags/Hens Invitational, which will be hosted by Pomona-Pitzer, beginning on Friday, March 14.
