Mike Stratton joined the Swarthmore College Athletics team in September of 2021 as the Equipment & Operations Manager. He was promoted to Athletics Operations & Facilities Coordinator in 2023.
In this role, Stratton assists in equipment operations for each of the Athletics programs and prepares the facilities for each game day. He also oversees the student worker scheduling for game day operations.
Stratton earned a bachelor's degree in sports and recreation management from Temple University in 2021. While earning his bachelor's degree, he spent two seasons as a student equipment manager for the Temple University Football program. Stratton was responsible for preparing and issuing equipment for players and staff, as well as setting-up and breaking down of equipment at practices and games. He later spent a semester as a facilities intern for the Temple University Campus Recreation Department.
Stratton currently resides in Eddystone, Pa.
