Logan Grider has served as Swarthmore's Faculty Athletic Representative since the 2025-26 academic year.
An Associate Professor in the College's art department, Grider received a MFA from Yale University in 2007. He studied at the Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture in 2006 as well as at the International School of Art in Umbria, Italy, in 2001. Grider received a BFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago in 2003. His work has been exhibited nationally and reviewed in Artforum, ArtNews, The Brooklyn Rail, The Houston Chronicle, The Boston Globe and The Philadelphia Inquirer. Grider has been teaching at Swarthmore since 2009.
