Lizzy Taylor began coaching with the Garnet as an assistant coach in 2019. Taylor is a 2011 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point where she earned a degree in Business Administration. During her time with the Pointers she spent time as a libero, defensive specialist, and outside hitter. Taylor led the team in digs during her sophomore campaign. During her time at UWSP, Taylor was also a member of the track and field team. After graduating from UWSP, Taylor spent two years as a graduate assistant volleyball coach at Miami University (OH) while completing her Master's in Sport Psychology. Taylor earned her PhD in Sport Management and Master's in Statistics from the University of Tennessee and is an Assistant Professor at Temple University. She and her husband, Sam - the assistant swim coach at Swarthmore - live in Ridley Park, Pa.
