Coach Davy has been with the Garnet since 2017-18 and has held the title of Associate Head Coach since 2022-23. Davy has coached collegiate, high school, USA and YMCA swimming programs for 13 seasons. He has been part of coaching staffs that mentored three Olympians, an NCAA Champion, a National Age Group record holder, a National High School record holder and a High School National Champion.

Since arriving in 2017, the program has experienced unprecedented success, highlighted by women’s top-10 finishes at NCAAs in 2024 and 2025. Additional highlights include men's team Centennial Conference Championships in 2019, 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025, and women’s team Centennial Conference Titles in 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025. 

Academically, the team has earned CSCAA Scholar All-America honors every semester, with the top GPA in DIII Men’s Swimming in the fall of 2019. Additionally, five times a Swat swimmer has taken home Centennial Conference Scholar-Athlete of the Year. In total, 178 Swat swimmers have been named to the Centennial Conference Academic Honor Roll, 77 earned Academic All-Centennial and 23 were recognized as PhillySIDA Academic All-Area. Quinn Weygandt '26 was named the PhillySIDA Academic All-Area Performer of the Year in 2025.

In the pool, the team has compiled an impressive list of achievements, including six individual First Team All Americans, two First Team All-America relays, eight individual Second Team All Americans and 12 Second Team All America relays. In total, Swat swimming has established 36 Centennial Conference Records on their way to 59 NCAA Qualifiers, 142 NCAA B-Cuts and 115 Centennial Conference event titles. Nine times a Swat swimmer earned Rookie of the Year, in addition to seven Most Outstanding Performers.

Before joining the Garnet, Davy was on staff at the University of Tennessee and The Ohio State University. As a collegiate swimmer at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point (UWSP) he earned 16 All American honors and was team captain. He obtained a bachelor’s degree in health promotion and wellness from UWSP and a masters in sport management from the University of Tennessee.

Originally from Stevens Point, Wisconsin, he currently resides in Ridley Park with his wife Elizabeth and their two children, Brooks and Beatrice.
