During her tenure at Swarthmore College, all throwing school records have been reset. In the 2018-19 season, seven of the 12 total records were broken.

In 2023, Adria Retter captured the outdoor national championship in the discus, becoming the first Swarthmore thrower to claim a national title.

In Lauren’s first year at Swarthmore (2015), Osazenoruiwa Ebose became the first shot put All-American at Swarthmore, placing seventh in the NCAA Division III Championship and also qualifying in the discus that year. The 2018-19 season also proved to be successful at the national level, with Clay Conley earning All-American status at the NCAA Division III Championship, in both indoor and outdoor track for the shot put while placing seventh and eighth.

She has produced 18 Cenntennial Conference Champions among the men's and women's teams across all throwing events.

Lauren is a graduate of Widener University and holds a B.S. in environmental science.
