    2019-20

The 2019-20 season, Candice Signor-Brown's first at Swarthmore, was an impressive opening campaign. Under the direction of Signor-Brown, the Garnet collected a 13-13 record and an appearance in the Centennial Conference playoffs for the first time since 2012-13. First year guard Dana Bandurick received All-Centennial Second Team honors and was named the Centennial Conference Rookie of the Year, only the second player in program history to receive the accolade.

At the start of the 2019 school year, Signor-Brown arrived at Swarthmore as the new head coach for women's basketball. She spent the past 10 seasons as the head coach at Vassar College.

She posted a .600 win percentage at Vassar and a record of 159 wins and 106 losses. Prior to her time at Vassar, Signor-Brown coached for three years at Manhattanville College.

Signor-Brown guided the Vassar Brewers on their 2018-19 run to the NCAA Tournament and earned the Liberty League's Coaching Staff of the Year recognition for the third time. The Brewers won 16 consecutive games and finished with a 21-7 record. Signor-Brown has coached teams to the NCAA Tournament in four different seasons.

The academic success of her student-athletes is incredibly important to Signor-Brown as well. Last year, her Vassar team had the second-highest GPA in all of Division III (3.763).

She attended and played basketball at Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia, and scored 1,130 points in just three seasons. She placed on the All-America First Team in her junior and senior seasons and helped lead her team all the way to the Division III Final Four in her final campaign.

A native of Arlington, Virginia, Signor-Brown and her wife, Angela, reside in Media with their son Micah.
