Swarthmore College Athletics

Emma Leppert joined the Swarthmore College field hockey coaching staff as an assistant coach in August 2025.

A graduate of Villanova University, Leppert played over 1,700 minutes in goal for the Wildcats, recording 155 career saves with a .640 save percentage and a 2.99 goals-against average. The West Chester native ranks among the top 20 in program history in several categories, including career saves, career games with 10+ saves, saves per game, save percentage, goalkeeper wins, and goals-against average.

Leppert earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Villanova in 2025. She was a three-time member of both the NFHCA National Academic Squad and the BIG EAST All-Academic Team, and received two selections to the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll.
