2014-15 (Outdoors):
Competed in six meets as a senior... Started the season running the 5000m in a personal best time of 18:30.93 at the Sam Howell Invitational (4/3)... Ran the 800m in a personal best time of 2:21.41 at the Lions Invitational (4/24)... Had a strong showing at the Centennial Conference Championship meet (5/3)... Won gold with the 4x800m relay team (9:16.52)... Finished the 1500m in eighth place with a personal best time of 4:41.18. 

2014-15 (Indoors):
Ran the 3000m in a personal best time of 10:32.65 at the Tiger Open (1/24)... Won gold at the Centennial Conference Championship meet (2/28) running a leg of the distance medley relay (12:32.71). 

2013-14 (Outdoors):
Earned gold at conference championships on 4x800 relay team (9:12.99) ... captured PR in 1,500-meter run at the Osprey Open (4/4) with a fifth place 4:56.36 time ... recorded 3,000-meter PR to open the season at Coastal Carolina (3/14) on 10:45.20 pace.

2013-14 (Indoors): 
Excelled at the Centennial Conference Championships, earning two gold medals in the 4x800-meter relay (9:47.17) and the distance medley relay (12:33.95)...Competed at Boston University (2/7) in the 800-meter run (2:25.60) and the distance medley relay (12:09.13)...Placed second in the 4x400-meter relay (4:16.69), and fifth in the 800-meter run (2:25.72) at the Haverford Invitational (1/25)...Finished first at the Saturday Night Shootout (1/18), with a race time of 9:40.96 in the 4x800-meter relay...Set personal best time in the 1,000-meter run (3:07.44) at the NYC Gotham Cup (1/10), finishinig in seventh place...Earned third place at the Jack Pyrah Invitational (12/7) in the 800-meter run (2:26.64).

2012-13 (Outdoors):
Ran a leg of the gold medal, record-breaking 4x800-relay team (9:12.42) at the Centennial Conference Championships (5/4) … Clocked a personal best 4:58.72 in the 1,500-meter run at the conference championships … Recorded best 800-meter finish of career at the TCNJ Lions’ Invitational (4/26) with 2:24.48 mark. 

2012-13 (Indoors):
Competed in the mile (5:25.63) and 4x400-relay (4:22.37) at the Centennial Conference Championships (2/22).
