2013-14 (Outdoors):
Became the fifth student-athlete in program history and just the second underclassman to earn All-America recognition outdoors after placing 7th in the 1,500-meter (4:37.25) at the NCAA DIII Championships (5/22) ... excelled at conference championships with two individual silver medals (800m, 1500m) and two relays (4x800m-gold, 4x400m-silver) ... recorded PR in the 800m at the Swarthmore Final Qualifier (5/12) with 2:13.16 time ... shaved 13 seconds off previous PR in the 1,500m with 4:33.97 finish at the Larry Ellis Invitational (4/16).

2013-14 (Indoors): 
Earned a silver medal in the 4x4-meter relay (4:05.15) and the 800-meter (2:19.38) and at the Centennial Conference Champsionships (3/1); also won a gold medal in the Mile, running a 5:04.33 ... recorded best mile finish at the NCAA Division III Indoor Track & Field Champioships, finishing in first place; later, ran a 4:57.97 mile, finishing in 9th place overall ... recorded a PR in the 800-meter run with a 2:16.13 and 3rd place overall at the NYC Gotham Cup (1/11), toping the DIII season list ... named a USTFCCCA National Athlete of the Week ending January 12th ... ran a leg of the first place, 4x800-relay team at the Saturday Night Shootout (1/18) ... broke PR in the 800-meter run with a 2:13.68, placing 19th; additionally placed 7th in the distance medley relay (12:09.13) at the Boston University David Hemery Valentine meet (2/7) ... competed at the Haverford Keogh Invitational (2/22), placing second in the 3,000-meter run with personal best time of 10:20.46.

2012-13 (Outdoors):
Ran a leg of the gold medal, record-breaking 4x800-relay team (9:12.42) at the Centennial Conference Championships (5/4) … Earned a silver medal in the 800-meter run with 2:14.42 finish at the conference championships (5/4) … Ran leg of silver medal 4x400-relay unit at the conference championships with 3:59.33 finish … Set personal best 1,500-meter run mark of 4:46.89 for eighth place at the TCNJ Lions’ Invitational (4/26) … Competed at the Penn Relays with the 4x400-relay squad … Ran best 400-meter time of 1:00.77 at the Osprey Open (4/5) to finish fourth overall … Placed third in the 3,000-meter run with 10:56.75 finish at the 42^nd Annual Morehouse Relays (3/16).

2012-13 (Indoors):
Earned gold with 4x800-relay team at Centennial Conference Championships (2/23) on 9:30.42 finish and silver in the distance medley relay on 12:34.21 finish … Recorded best mile finish of 5:13.94 for sixth place at the Lafayette/Rider Winter Games Invitational (2/8) … Placed fifth in the 1,000-meter run on 3:05.45 pace at the Jack Pyrah Invitational (12/1).
