KANSAS CITY, Mo. - The Swarthmore College men's basketball team earned the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) Team Academic Excellence Award and had six players named to the NABC Honors Court.
The NABC Team Academic Excellence Award recognizes men's basketball programs that completed the 2024-25 academic year with a team GPA of 3.00 or higher. The NABC Honors Court includes junior, senior, and graduate student men's basketball players who finished the year with a cumulative GPA of 3.20 or higher.
The Garnet placed all of their eligible upperclassmen on the Honors Court for the second straight year.
Aidan Godfrey,
Cal Hanson,
Devin Burger,
Eddie Paquette,
Matt Mulvey, and
Quaye Agoyo all received individual recognition for their work in the classroom. Godfrey and Mulvey garnered the award for the second consecutive season.
Swarthmore finished the campaign with a 17-9 record and competed in the Centennial Tournament.
