SWARTHMORE, Pa. – The No. 23 Swarthmore College women's tennis team cruised to a pair of road victories on Saturday, winning 6-1 at Ursinus College and 7-0 at Dickinson College.

SWARTHMORE 6, URSINUS 1
HOW IT HAPPENED
- Williams teamed with
Ruthie Njagi for a 6-0 shutout at first doubles. Strickler and Rao upped their win streak to 11 with a 6-2 triumph at the second spot. Coxe and Geib earned a 6-3 victory at the third position.
- Williams picked up her ninth consecutive win with a 6-2, 6-0 success at first singles. Strickler dropped just one game in a 6-0, 6-1 victory at the second flight. Coxe cruised to a 6-1, 6-1 win at fourth singles.
- Rao won her opening set at third singles, 6-2, before blanking her foe, 6-0, in the second. Geib took an abbreviated match at the fifth spot, 8-1, while the Bears gained their point by default at sixth singles.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Li and Shiffer began the match with a 6-1 victory at first doubles. Komorek and Viets also won 6-1 at the second position while Messier and Posner earned the decision at third doubles by the same score.
- Viets coasted to a 6-1, 6-0 triumph at the fourth flight to open singles competition. Messier won in straight sets at third singles, 6-0, 6-3. Shiffer took her match at the second spot by a 6-3, 6-3 score.
- Komorek cruised to a 6-1, 6-0 success at sixth singles. Posner rolled to a 6-1, 6-1 win at the fifth flight. Li battled to a third-set super tiebreak victory at the top position, 6-7, 6-3, 1-0 (10-3).
