SWARTHMORE, Pa.—Senior Tess Wild tallied her 100th career goal on Wednesday night as Swarthmore College steamrolled the Bryn Mawr College Owls 18-2.

Wild, who entered the game needing two goals to reach the marker, got her second goal of the game with 15:55 to play in the first half. Wild and the other two members of the senior class, Kathryn Restrepo and Elizabeth Wainwright, all have scored 100 goals in their careers.

All active players on Swarthmore's roster got significant playing time as the Garnet established an early lead. Swarthmore led 10-0 to start the running clock with 18:30 remaining in the first half.

Restrepo and sophomore attack Mackenzie Frost led the Garnet with three goals each. The two are tied for the team lead with 26 goals each this season. Wainwright, Wild, Kacy Hafertepe, Eleanor Miller and Sophie Peipher each recorded a pair of goals. Megan Ruoff and Julia Ostrowski both scored once.

Swarthmore's midfield and defense kept Bryn Mawr away from goal for most of the night. Betsy Cohen got the start and split time in net with Madison Kline. Cohen picked up three saves and Kline had one. Ashley Pyon led Swarthmore with four ground balls and two caused turnovers.

Swarthmore scored four times in the first five minutes and had 13 goals on the board before Bryn Mawr got its first tally. Swarthmore led 14-1 at the break and dialed back the attack in the second half, sailing to an 18-2 win.

The Garnet improved to 9-1 with the win while Bryn Mawr dipped to 4-4. Swarthmore travels to Gettysburg College on Saturday for a 1 p.m. game.
