Junior
Cole Beeker and senior
Jackson Roberts hit back-to-back home runs in the top of the first. Roberts now has a team-leading five homers this season and 15 for his career. Senior
Charles Levitt holds the Swarthmore record with 16 career home runs. Beeker has four this season and 11 in his career.
Another run scored in the fifth on a Beeker double, and senior
Conor Elliott drove in the fourth run on a sacrifice fly.
Levitt made what some would call the play of the year in the bottom of the sixth. He robbed a home run that would have resulted in three runs and instead was just an RBI sac fly. The highlight can be seen in the tweet below.
Junior starting pitcher
Jack Corkery exited after 5.1 innings pitched with five strikeouts and three earned runs.
