WASHINGTON, D.C. -- In its first game in just over three weeks, Swarthmore College Women's basketball traveled to The Catholic University of America and lost 64-29 on Wednesday.
The Garnet (2-9) outrebounded the Cardinals 53-47, their second-highest rebounding total in a game this season. Swarthmore had 57 boards in an 80-46 win over Goucher College at Tarble Pavilion on Nov. 16.

Audra Woodside and sophomore
Jayna Jones led the Garnet with seven rebounds each. Sophomores
Kendall Tribus and
Isabelle Ewart as well as freshmen
Erin Cronin and
Karinna Papke all had six.
Swarthmore's next game is at home on Saturday at 3 p.m. against Centennial Conference opponent McDaniel College.
