SWARTHMORE, Pa.—Swarthmore College Women's Tennis slipped against No. 26 Christopher Newport University at home in an indoor match on Sunday. The Garnet took a pair of singles matches from the nationally-ranked Captains in a 7-2 loss. 
Freshman Elise Talley earned the win in third singles 7-5, 6-1. In sixth singles, senior Maria Cuervo pulled out a three-set win, 6-4, 3-6, 7-3.
Women's Tennis returns to action in Orlando, Fla., for a slate of spring break games.
