CARLISLE, Pa.-- Swarthmore College Men's Swimming defeated Dickinson College 115-90 on Saturday in their last dual meet of the regular season. Swarthmore swam to first-place finishes in six of the 11 events.
Freshman
Charles Yang and junior
Andrew Steele were triple winners on Saturday, winning an individual event and helping the 400-yard medley and 200-yard freestyle relay teams to victory. Yang took first in the 50-yard freestyle by eight one-hundredths of a second with a time of 22.78 and also anchored the 400-yard medley relay and the 200-yard freestyle relay. Swarthmore won those events in finishes of 3:35.07 and 1:28.57, respectively. Other swimmers in the 400 medley relay included freshman Jeffery Tse and sophomore

David Ranshous and junior
Liam Fitzstevens swam in the 200 freestyle relay.
Steele earned nine points for the Garnet with a 48.40 time in the 100-yard freestyle.
Tse outswam Dickinson in the 200-yard backstroke, taking a first-place finish with a time of 1:58.89.
Chris Smith won the 200-yard freestyle in 1:48.05 for Swarthmore's other first-place finish.
The Garnet will head into the McGinness Invitational in Lancaster, Pa., on Saturday with a regular season record of 6-1.
