SWARTHMORE, Pa.—Swarthmore College Women's Swimming hosted the Ursinus College Bears on Saturday afternoon but fell to the reigning Centennial Conference Champions 162-95.

Emily Bley had both of the Garnet first-place finishes on Saturday. Bley won the 100-yard backstroke in 1:01.57 and then won the 500-yard freestyle with a time of 5:24.93.
Ashley Hwang recorded a second-place finish in the 200-yard freestyle (2:04.59), Liz Staton finished in second in the 100-yard breaststroke with a time of 1:10.91, and
Sophie Moody took the runner-up spot in the 50-yard freestyle (25.86).
The Garnet will travel to Puerto Rico in between semesters for a training trip and then will return to competition on January 20 at home against Bryn Mawr.
