Box Score Westminster, Md. – The Swarthmore College field hockey team fell by a 6-0 decision to McDaniel College on Saturday, Oct. 18 at Gill Stadium.
The Green Terror took the lead in the first half with two unassisted goals by freshman Gabrielle Yore in the 12th minute and freshman Annie Sencindiver in the 26th. Swarthmore trailed 2-0 into the break.
McDaniel (8-5, CC 4-2) remained strong in the second half, with Yore notching two more goals in the first fifteen minutes. Sophomore Haley VonNostrand and junior Erica DeColli then added insurance tallies to produce the final score.

Audrey Allen had one shot on goal. Caila White earned the win for the Green Terror without having to make a save.
Swarthmore (1-14, CC 0-7) will be on the road again to face Muhlenberg on Wednesday, Oct. 22 at 7:30 p.m.
