Franklin & Marshall (8-4, CC 4-1) scored the first four points and led from wire-to-wire in the conference game. After a

Keedy ended the drought by canning a 3-pointer to create a 15-9 score at the 10:55 mark, but F&M stayed in control and extended its lead to twin figures when senior Jon Salandra converted a layup to put the hosts up 21-11. A free throw from sophomore Cedric Moune gave F&M a 31-20 lead at the break.
Swarthmore attempted to chip away at the deficit and came within seven points on two occasions in the early minutes of the second half. F&M, however, went ahead 36-26 on a Moune layup with 15:30 on the clock and never surrendered the double-digit lead for the rest of the game.
