SWARTHMORE, Pa. - After two days, three sessions and 36 events of swimming, the Garnet men and women made it worth their while as the men swam to a Swat Invite championship and the women to a second place finish on Saturday evening in Ware Pool. On the women's side of action, senior Anne Miller led the Garnet once again with 100-yard butterfly victory in 59.38. Miller also contributed to a second place finish in the 800 yard freestyle relay.

SWARTHMORE, Pa. - Led by key seniors and talented underclassmen, the 2009-10 Swarthmore College women’s swimming team has high hopes of repeating and even exceeding the success of the program in recent years. That recent success includes three straight top-three finish at the Centennial Conference Championships and three-consecutive years of scoring points at the Division III national meet. Despite the high expectations, there is optimism surrounding Ware Pool that this squad has what it takes to keep up the winning tradition of Swarthmore swimming.
