KANSAS CITY, Mo.—Swarthmore College Women's Soccer returns to the pitch in 2018 ranked No. 21 in NCAA Division III, according to the United Soccer Coaches preseason poll. Last year, the Garnet advanced to the NCAA Tournament for the fourth-straight season and finished the year with a 15-4-2 record. The Garnet made it into the NCAA Tournament with an automatic bid by virtue of beating Johns Hopkins University in a shootout for the Centennial Conference Championship.

Swarthmore opens the 2018 season at home on August 31 against Pfeiffer University.
