Sport Specific Highlights

Men’s Tennis - Four-time National Champion. Competed in the NCAA national championship tournament in 31 of the past 37 years. (Program Information)

Women’s Tennis  - Won the Centennial Conference four times since 2001 and has competed in the NCAA championships five times (2003 through 2008). (Program Information)

Men’s Lacrosse - Qualified for the ECAC championships twice since 2000.  Kevin Friedenberg named All-American in 2010. (Program Information)

Women's Lacrosse - Qualified for the Centennial Conference playoffs for the first time in program history in 2012 and went on to upset fourth-seeded Ursinus College to reach the semifinal round. Swarthmore finished 12-6 overall in 2012. (Program Information)

Women’s Basketball - Captured the program's first ECAC Championship title in 2013 and finished with an overall record of 23-7. The program recieved votes in the D3Hoops.com Top 25 poll for the first time during the 2012-13 season. Qualified for postseason play five times since 2000, including a run to the second round of the NCAA Championships in 2001. (Program Information)

Men’s Basketball - 18 players with more than 1,000 career points and 14 players with more than 500 rebounds. (Program Information)

Women’s Soccer - 2007, 2008, and 2009 ECAC Champions. (Program Information)

Men’s Soccer - Apperared in the NCAA Division III Sweet 16 in 2008, 2009, and 2012. Centennial Conference champions in 2008 and 2010. Has earned double-digit wins each season since 2004. NCAA Division III national finalist in 1974.  Morgan Langley signs with MLS' Philadelphia Union. Micah Rose named All-America in 2010 and 2011. (Program Information)

Men’s Swimming - Over 59 Swarthmore swimmers have won individual Centennial Conference championships since 1995. Finished second in the Centennial Conference 2007, 2008, 2009, and 2010. (Program Information)

Women’s Swimming - Won the Centennial Conference championship twice since 2002, with six swimmers earning All-America status since 2000. Supriya Davis named Centennial Conference's Most Outstanding Performer in 2012 and 2013. (Program Information)

Volleyball - Reached Centennial Conference Championship Match in 2010. Qualified for the Centennial Conference playoffs in 2005, 2009, 2010 and 2011. Reached ECAC semifinals in 2010, 2011, and 2012. (Program Information)

Golf -  Broke team low-score record (294) and finished program-best second at Centennial Conference Championship Match in 2012. Andrew Park named 2012 Mid-Atlantic All-Region and Rookie of the Year (Program Information)

Softball - Qualified for the Centennial Conference playoffs in 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2010. Reached championship round in 2010. (Program Information)
